All staff listen. This is excellent! They try to treat me as an individual, not just a number or a nuisance (as at other GP's sometimes). Knowing I can get an appt fairly easily, and that I will be treated effectively, means I actually use the service less, so it is time and cost effective too.

Dr. Liston. Visited to discuss symptoms related to possible onset of menopause. They took bloods but so clumsily to cause significant bruising to my mum. He recommended anti depressants for my symptoms which I found to be old fashioned approach to women health and disappointing response.
